Why channel partners call the office all day
Builders who sell through brokers and channel partners depend on people who are rarely in the office. A partner at a site visit needs to know, right now, whether a plot is still available and at what price. After the booking, they need to know whether the token was verified, whether the agreement is ready and when their commission is due. Without a system, every one of those questions is a phone call to someone in the office.
The office loses hours to these calls, and the partner loses deals when the answer comes too late.
The Estatrail associate app
Estatrail includes an associate app for channel partners and the in-house sales team. Each associate sees:
- Live unit availability with area and price.
- New and reassigned parties, the moment they land.
- Contact, KYC and booking history for each party on one screen.
- Which desk has each booking, and for how long.
- Follow-ups, with a day plan built from visits, holds and dues.
- Verifications and approvals pushed to the right associate.
Hold and book from the site
When a customer chooses a unit during a site visit, the associate places a hold from the app. The unit shows as on hold for everyone, in the office and in the field, so no other partner can sell it. The associate then logs the booking against the party, and the file moves to accounts for token verification, the same way an office booking does.
The office does not have to re-enter anything. The booking the partner logged is the booking accounts verify, the agreement desk drafts from and management reports on, so a deal closed at the site on a Sunday is already in the right queue on Monday morning.
Commission and booking status without the calls
Channel partners log bookings and track their commission in the associate app. Because the app reads the same booking record as accounts and the agreement desk, the status a partner sees is the real one: token verified, agreement with the signatory, allotment issued.
Reminders before dues go to the associate as well as the customer, so partners can help with collections instead of hearing about overdue accounts at month-end.
Broker management with control for the builder
Access is controlled by role, and parties are assigned and reassigned on record. Management can see which associates bring in the most bookings and sales value. Every change, including a reassigned party, is saved in the audit log, which matters when two partners claim the same customer.
For the builder, the result is a sales network that works from the same live inventory as the office, with fewer calls, fewer double bookings and a clear record of who sold what.
