The inventory table shows how much time is left on each hold, so the sales team knows which customers to follow up with before the unit goes back on sale.
Inventory connected to the booking
Inventory in Estatrail is not a separate list. When the scheme manager books a unit, its status changes to booked, and when the file closes it moves to closed. The same record carries the payment schedule, the agreement and the documents, so the inventory count always matches what accounts and the agreement desk see.
