Can associates use Estatrail on their phone?
Yes. The associate app shows live plot availability, parties, booking status and follow-ups, and associates can place a hold on a plot from the site without calling the office.
How are payments and installments tracked?
Installment schedules are created from the payment scheme. Receipts are matched to the booking, reminders go out on time, and overdue accounts are flagged before month-end.
How many roles does Estatrail support?
Estatrail supports 11 roles across sales, accounts, legal and management. Each role sees what it needs, with role-based access and a full activity history on every record.
